I just got a beautiful new Canon EOS 5D Mark II and I’m so excited. I asked my sexy and talented roomate, Monte Brown to be my first test subject. He’s the drummer of the band Paper Zoo, who is scheduled to go on tour with Roger Daltrey (of The Who) in a couple weeks! Congrats to them. We went out and about around Sherman Oaks and took some pictures. I think they turned out fantastically. It doesn’t hurt that I had a great model.

He also plays the guitar and piano.

I need to work on my action shots, but I had to post this sequence for Monte. We’ll be going out to shoot some real skating soon.
